Atrio Sheikh Zayed Egypt is a mixed-use project located in 6th of October City and is part of the larger Ajloun Complex. The project is owned by Egyptian Sugar & Integrated Industries Company (ESIIC) and developed by Omrania Developments. The complex consists of three buildings, with the first being a shopping mall and the other two hosting offices and residences. The shopping mall has a total of 170 stores, including cafés and restaurants, spread over 25,000 square meters. It also features a multi-screen cinema, and on-site parking. The office building has been designed to meet the highest international standards and has an area of 13,500 square meters. It includes amenities such as a cafeteria, and a health club. The residence building contains 252 residential units, ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, and offers a variety of facilities such as a swimming pool and sports courts. Additionally, the complex is designed as a green and sustainable mixed-use development, and is equipped with solar panels for energy efficiency.
