Atika New Plan New Capital Egypt is a large-scale urban development project located in the New Administrative Capital, Egypt. The project is a joint venture between Atika Group, a leading real estate developer in Egypt, and China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd. (CFLD), a leading Chinese real estate developer. The project covers an area of approximately 4.2 million square meters and will include residential, commercial, and leisure facilities. The project is expected to be completed in 2026 and will comprise of over 8,000 housing units, two shopping malls, two office buildings, two hotels, a hospital, and a university. The project is expected to create over 20,000 jobs and will be a major contributor to the local economy.
