Atika New Capital is a planned megacity in Egypt, located outside of the nation's current capital of Cairo. The $45 billion project is the largest investment project in the history of Egypt and is expected to be the largest urban development in the Middle East. The project was initiated by the Egyptian government under President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi in 2019.

Atika New Capital is intended to become an "economic and administrative hub," with a variety of living opportunities, an economic and media free zone, a modern business district, and more than 40,000 residential units. The project also aims to significantly reduce traffic congestion and air pollution in the greater metropolitan area of Cairo.

The project will create hundreds of thousands of job opportunities, give birth to new businesses, improve education and healthcare systems, and create a new business environment for investors. It will also help alleviate overcrowding in Cairo, as well as reduce the vitality of the old capital. Additionally, infrastructure and transportation networks are being developed to link the project to nearby cities and towns.
