Aria Mostakbal City is a residential compound located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The city is developed by Aria Group and is set to become the largest residential development in Cairo. It is a mixed-used project that not only offers luxury housing but also a variety of commercial and leisure activities for its residents. The development is built on an area of around 10 million square meters, with total investments amounting to more than EGP 55 billion.

When completed, the project will feature a range of residential units including apartments, villas, townhouses, and duplex buildings with prices ranging from EGP 2 million to EGP 250 million.
