Amwaj North Coast is a seaside development project located in the north-east of Egypt on the Mediterranean coast. The project is designed to span more than 200km of coastline between Alexandria and El Alamein. It is one of the largest and most ambitious projects ever launched in the region, with the aim of transforming the area to become a tourist destination for the world.
The project is estimated to cost around $12 billion and is currently being developed by the state-owned Arab Company for Projects and Urban Development (ACPUD). The project consists of a number of resorts, residential areas, marinas, shopping malls, entertainment complexes and other services. It also includes several international hotels, such as the Marriot, InterContinental, Four Seasons, and Park Hyatt, as well as a number of luxury hotels.
The main attraction of the project is its natural beauty, with miles of white sand beaches, crystal clear waters and lush vegetation, making it an ideal place for relaxation and recreation. There are also a number of activities on offer, such as diving, snorkeling, sailing and kayaking.
The project has already attracted many investors, with the government already announcing plans for investments from the US, France, Japan, Korea, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries. With the large amount of investment that is being made in the project, it is expected to become one of the most important destinations in the region within the coming years.
