Al Maqsad New Capital is a new development project located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The New Administrative Capital is a planned city that is currently under construction, located approximately 45 kilometers east of Cairo. The goal of this new city is to relieve congestion in Cairo and create a modern, sustainable city that can accommodate the growing population of Egypt.

Al Maqsad New Capital is one of the largest and most ambitious projects within the New Administrative Capital. The development covers an area of 2,700 acres and will be home to more than 200,000 people. The project is being developed by the Al Maqsad Company for Development and Investment, a joint venture between the Housing and Development Bank and the New Urban Communities Authority.
