A1 Tower in the New Capital of Egypt has announced the launch of a range of office spaces for sale, with the option of payment in monthly installments. The office spaces, ranging from 75m to 200m, are located in one of the city's most sought-after business parks and come with a range of modern amenities.
The office spaces are fully-furnished and come with a host of services, such as 24-hour security and maintenance, as well as access to a range of recreational activities and entertainment. Residents also have access to a selection of restaurants, cafes and retail outlets in the vicinity.
A1 Tower's Chief Executive Officer, Ahmed Taha, said the new range of office spaces will help meet the workplace needs of many businesses in the New Capital. "We are offering these spaces at very competitive prices and we believe they will be a great option for those looking for a new office," he said.
The office spaces are available to view now, with the sales process expected to begin in the coming weeks. Prices start from EGP 4.5 million and customers can choose to pay in up to 10 monthly installments.
