The A1 Tower is being developed by the Al Ahly Sabbour Development Company, one of the leading real estate developers in Egypt. The tower is designed by the renowned architectural firm, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), which has designed some of the world's most iconic buildings, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the One World Trade Center in New York.
The tower's design is inspired by the shape of the lotus flower, a symbol of rebirth and regeneration in Egyptian culture. The tower will have a sleek and modern design, with a unique façade that will reflect the changing colors of the sky.
The A1 Tower will offer 10 floors of luxury apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms. The apartments will feature high-end finishes and modern amenities, including smart home technology, floor-to-ceiling windows, and panoramic views of the city.
